I bought a nameless bladder and threw it away because it made the water taste so bad no matter how I cleaned it. I decided I had to buy camelbak. I did this in 2016 and had the same problem with camelbak and cleaned/soaked it twice thoroughly to get rid of the plastic taste. I put up with it because this bladder and tube combo comes in very handy when fishing and I only use it about 12 times a year. But this summer I started using it more often and the terrible plastic taste became unbearable in the heat. So I'll be in touch with Camelbak and see what my options are and after that I'll update my review if necessary.
