I bought this product and it worked fine, but suddenly it needed to be fixed. I took steps to return it and buy another one, but before making the actual return I decided to try something, which is to unplug the USB hub I bought and plug it in directly. Well how do you know it was naughty because of the hub? This product needs to be connected directly to your PS4 to work properly. You can play games as long as they are connected to a hub, but it must be connected directly to the PS4 to download. I hope my review is helpful. Customer service was also excellent.
