I'm the worst customer for business. The one who rarely complains but never buys from that store again and then tells everyone about the negative experience. But here I am. trying to get better. I'm wasting my precious time checking. In short. I will not be returning these "NEW" shoes. It's too much pain for ITA and I don't want to wait a week to get the product I was originally supposed to get. I will live with visible dents in the skin (from someone else's toes) next to the rubber toe of a shoe. I hope that over time I'll make my own impressions and not look annoyed that someone else is wearing these shoes. NOTE: dear Keens. Like the design. And indeed, Proprietary 4-Pair is currently being used. I even bought some cool clogs for my wife from Amazon. That was great. But again. I'm such a customer. So I won't buy again.
