Review on Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 USB Headset (JUG-00013) by Siu Kim ᠌

The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.

7 years already faithfully serve in all battles, listening to music and work . work . an endless meeting at work. Service conditions: standard bearded head, due to the presence of children and the need to control them, the right earpiece is always shifted to the temple; Previously, I used it only for leisure games, and in the last year I have been actively working from home, using it every day for several hours (meetings, music). What happened to headphones in 7 years: - The shiny material from the ear cushions was completely wiped off. This happened over a couple of years (from 5 to 6). Because of this, after work, often pieces of this nonsense dangled from the beard and stuck to the ears. Now the ear pads are soft and fleecy, I really like it, although they don’t look very good now (but for a house in the 7th year of their service, it’s normal). - Due to the fact that I wear the earpiece crookedly, the left ear touches the foam layer a little. Because of this, over the past year it has partially broken through. The right one is like new. The specifics of socks, but lasted a very long time. - I raise and lower the microphone very often, but for all this 7 years it has not become loose (well, if only a little). From above it does not fall down, it does not sag down. - Although the remote control is large, I really like the microphone mute button, it’s big, flat, comfortable, but you won’t accidentally press it. Also, the microphone mute indicator light is credited. - I'm not special in music. I had enough for dusty rock and heavy metal, but I prefer to listen to music from the speakers. Headphones for work and play. - The microphone has never caused anyone discomfort. In general, the headphones are good, while they were peeling off - they were very infuriated, but from the point of view of technology there were no complaints, they work perfectly, the microphone is comfortable. That's it for work. Good for games too. For music - I can not say anything concrete (normal ears). While working at a stationary computer, everything suited. Now I switched to a laptop - the wire interferes. I'll go out to the office - I'll drag it to work, and I'll buy wireless ones home.

Pros
  • - Faithfully serve 7 years. - Do not press, do not boil, the microphone does not sag. - It's not hot. - Convenient large microphone mute button.
Cons
  • - The control panel on the wire is bulky, often gets stuck in the armrest of the chair.
