Review on 🛁 SOLFART Vintage 3-Head Bath Vanity Light: Stylish Glass Shade Fixture for Modern Bathroom Decor (Bulb Not Included) by Jesse Jewett

I bought two of these lights and they seem quite strong and durable when installed properly, only the back cover is a little flimsy. Whilst the product looks good overall and we are happy with that look, I found that the two glass lampshades (one from each shipment) once the bases were installed (quite a bit of work removing the old ones and installing the new ones) something had scratches (see photo) from top to bottom, either as part of the manufacture or before packing at the factory (because the packing was actually very good and I used the gloves provided to handle everything to prevent oil got on my skin) . While you might think you can rotate the lampshade to scratch the back, this doesn't completely cover it up as the bulbs allow you to see it from every angle (my wife saw one that I didn't see ). I contacted Solfart_service@163.com (as instructed) and asked if they could be replaced and expected a response within the 12 hour response window given. A week later (had some delay due to possible COVID issues), still no response, I emailed them the same message again. A week has passed and still no reply. I also contacted them through the Revain link, still no response. So SOLFART is not reliable and you can easily get past the returns window when trying to get a response from them. If you buy from these guys, inspect and clean everything before you decide to list it. If something is wrong, don't rely on support, send it back. Nice lights again but poor or no service which is unacceptable.
