I have just purchased and installed this product. I'm not worried about the weight it can handle - I'm sure it's durable and will hold my towels and robes well. As other reviews have said, there is no instruction manual. You'll need to hold the main bar, unattached hooks, and door hook in a slightly awkward position to screw in the nail. Glad the screwdriver was there! There are 2 other nails you can use to nail the top of the door hook to the door if you'd like. Looks nice just very short and tight to the top of the door. My only complaint is that this is not rated for doors up to 1.75 inches thick. My door is 1.75 inches thick and it took a hell of a lot of work to get the door hook to fit properly. I nailed it to the door with a heavy hammer and it still fits halfway (there's definitely some damage to the paint on the top of the door), but I'm leaving it on. If your door is 1.75 inches thick, look for a large or adjustable towel rail. Otherwise it's great.
