I don't like that there home website does not work! They provide a card in the carton to extend warranty 12 months but you must go to their website. The unit appears to work, set at 0 deg. I put 16 oz bottle in center of freezer standing vertical. 4 hrs later almost frozen solid. Put 6 frozen meats in freezer. Still frozen 48 hours later. Running on 12 volts in car now, set battrry detection on high. Very quiet! Updste: 2 weeks on road trip from high 90s to mid 30s last night. I slept in van last night. No promblems. It is very quiet. Everything still frozen. Just put it in frozen if on 12vdc.
