Good reception and sound
I wanted a portable MP3 CD with a USB connection. USB was the feature I wanted the most. I was impressed with how good the reception was. We live where reception isn't great and I had no problem finding a transmitter that I can't find on other receivers. USB also allows me to store almost all of my music on a single USB drive, and they're easier to store than CDs.
