I'm surprised I've had problems with an OtterBox product that's only 2 months old. First, the small flap that closes the charging port doesn't leave enough room to easily plug in a lightning connector. Second, a small crack opened at the bottom of the fuselage. To add insult to injury, since the 30 day return window has expired, Revain is only taking it back by charging me a restocking fee! The price was the same as working directly with OtterBox, so I contacted them and got a free replacement.
