Review on BMC AMI Data Extractor for IMS by Troy Early

I like how easy it is to use, and how fast you can do things in here. It's very time efficient when doing any business processes that require extracting information from our BMC products. Nothing about this tool itself as such. The interface isn't user friendly at all. There are way too many options buried within each button/link click, which makes using this software a little cumbersome. However, once we learned what needed done (what to look out for) then it was easier to understand. We're able to extract inventory more accurately than ever before, allowing us to make better decisions with regards to purchasing new equipment or keeping current ones running longer. This has also allowed me to spend less money overall because of fewer mistakes being made.
