Review on 🔧 8MILELAKE Macpherson Strut Spring Compression Tool by Eduardo Locke

I had my doubts about using this product for my truck's coil springs but the reviews here were pretty good so I gave it a try. Should have known better! I used this to replace the front struts on my Nissan Titan. The bars flexed fairly well to compress the spring, but I rode slow and slow and replaced the first with no problem. On the second spring, one of the rods broke in half under load. It was like an explosion and I was lucky I wasn't hurt. Be careful when using this product on pickup trucks and SUVs with heavy duty springs! You get what you pay for, I guess I should have known better. This product is suitable for small cars.
