I really like that there are multiple different ways to be notified about an incident or event you have been assigned to handle. You can get all of your alerts in one place so it is easy to know what has happened since last time you checked. This could probably use some more training on how to properly utilize each feature. Definitely try out the trial option! We started with iron net cyoc as our incident handler because we wanted something simple, yet robust. It's hard not to fall in love with this product. Being able to log incidents easily makes tracking down previous ones much easier.
