The kit did not include the screws needed to attach the monitor to the base.

I had to contact Acer to get the screws. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes. It will take another week to get here. I see in other reviews that I'm not the first to have this problem, but an Acer rep said he's never had this problem before. Also, the monitor looks really sleek and stylish. I look forward to trying this. when I finally get the damn screws!
