I like that it's simple to use, so my staff members can easily learn how this great product works very quickly! It does take some time learning all of its features; however when you do understand everything there is here in one place your work will be much more efficient!! We are able solve our customer support issues with ease using scopesedek software because we have multiple departments working together solving problems/issues at once from many different locations around country. There really isn't anything bad about ScopeDesk other than maybe having too little space between pages or links being hard sometimes to click correctly since they're not always large enough (but then again who am i). But overall scope desk has helped us become better service providers by allowing me access via web browser anywhere anytime 24 hours 7 days 365 day year and helping customers resolve their questions without needing.
