We're having a flash flood in Houston and several people have died in their cars this summer by being submerged. Emergency services recently received a call from a woman who was trapped in a flood, unable to get out of her car and eventually drowning. I was researching if this or that product would work for me, this is a banger from the same company. Ultimately I decided to buy this product with accessories because I could mount the resqme on my car's visor so I could reach it if my car rolled over in the water and/or my seatbelt was buckled. . There is also a blade on the opposite side to cut the seat belt if needed. I've watched a few demos and feel like I can confidently smash a window when I have to get out of a car surrounded by flooding.
