Personally, after a week of use, I have not gotten used to the fact that RMB is either very sensitive, or this shape / location has such an effect. I just consistently randomly press RMB. It's not that it's very critical, it doesn't periodically piss me off. Apparently a mouse for those who press the buttons on it with only 2 fingers. In my case, when the index is on the LMB, the middle one is on the wheel and the nameless one is on the RMB, the nameless one is steadily poking this RMB. This has never happened with any other mouse. To NOT press, you have to make some effort, which you would not want to do at all. Hopefully this is just a matter of habit and won't take too long.
