Environmentally friendly replacement for disposable cans with H20.

I'm terribly tired of running to the store every other day to buy water jugs for the fridge. (A family of 4 that drinks heavily.) Disposables also take up a lot of space, both in the bin and in the bin. Not to mention polygons. I haven't found a center that pays for this type of plastic yet. I decided on a Nakii water filter dispenser and it first checks all the fields that are important to me. Here's what I like: β€’ Conveniently replaces single-use water jugs. Permanent Solution β€’ Filters last 3-4 months. To keep track of the exchange, there is a manual timer. β€’ Filters work fast! That is, the seal between the jug and the filters is tight, the design is excellent, so they do their job flawlessly. β€’ Refueling is fun! β€’ Easy to clean by simply dismantling the dispenser. β€’ In comparison, the taste is excellent. to the tap and ice cold straight from the fridge. πŸ™ŒWhat you need to know: I followed the instructions and soaked the filters as directed. Also the whole glass filtered to enhance the taste. HOWEVER, the first full pitcher had a strong chlorine taste from the tap after the first flush. After refilling, the taste was clean and delicious. Be extra careful when washing the filters thoroughly. For this taste I give 4 stars, but now the water is really very tasty. The nose is VERY sensitive. With disposable jugs, you have to pull the lever to pour out the water. It only takes a light touch from any direction for the water to come out, so where and how you place it in your fridge is extremely important. I first placed the Nakii on the edge of the shelf where the spout overhanged for easy access. Well, as the refrigerator door closed, something touched the sink and a gallon or more of water spilled into my meat and cheese drawer. 😐 In general, the problem was in my thoughtlessness and not in the product. So, simple planning should save you the hassle of a burial.
