Only used one day. I opened the container before looking at the actual packaging label to see the taste. I ordered the Blue Raspberry flavor and the funniest thing was that the label on the lid said it was Blue Raspberry. But actually the taste was pineapple mango. I have done a few as directed and found that I received the wrong product at this point. So I tried it for a day and found that I REALLY didn't like the pineapple and mango flavored Aminocore. To be honest I didn't try to return it as I already had it open. So I gave it to a friend who seems to like it.
