Like a unit. not Battery life

There are some really great reviews here. I suggest you read them. My review isn't as detailed as others, but I'd like to add my 2 cents. I have a lot more to "play" with the device. Maybe I can find a way to tweak some of the things I don't like. I haven't had the chance to use it much yet, but for the little that I've used it has done what I needed. more than I would like, but I can handle it. I like the screen size. On devices I've had in the past. I usually set the brightness to a fairly low setting to save battery life, but I had to set the brightness to a fairly high level to be able to see the screen. But I keep the screen on "lock". The slightest touch is detected, turning on the light and draining the battery. I am not satisfied with the battery life. A full charge wasn't enough for the whole day. I will make sure I have at least one spare battery pack. more desirable. I would really like to have it with a clip/carabiner. Other Garmin handhelds I've had came with them and I didn't have to buy them separately. Adding waypoints is easy, but if you want to give them a specific name or details, you have to go through additional steps that take a bit of time. Consumption. It's okay, but I wish there were fewer steps.
