I wasn't sure what to expect from this set, I've had no luck with other chisel sets (handles fall off etc.). However, I was only impressed by these little guys. The chrome-vanadium alloy retains its edge excellently even after intensive use. Admittedly I mostly used it on soft woods but despite that the blade is solid and a whetstone is included so it can be easily re-sharpened if needed. The handles are comfortable to hold and comfortable even during prolonged use. A small but nice touch was the plastic tips to protect the edges of each chisel - they hold up well and are great for keeping your tools sharp and ready for the next use. All in all, I was very positively surprised by the quality and workmanship of these chisels. I hope that with proper care and storage they will last for many years so this purchase was very valuable to me.
