Purchased and installed November 2019, failed 1st October 2020. 1" up and down. I've emailed Dorman regarding limited lifetimes Sent under warranty and asked what needs to be done to replace them I will update this as soon as I get a response from them I will say so far it has been a simple install When installing the power windows come in. Just a few screws and clips are mostly easy to pull straight out and push back in. The exception and one part I've had trouble with is a small triangular piece on the back edge of the window above the door panel. It has a clip and two "keys" " made of plastic which both broke when i took it off cracks added. light weight so just a warning if you do it alone be forward important with this thing.
