It's worth it! helps me with my workout

I like it, although it's a bit sweet, so I use a full scoop with 24 ounces of water (the size of my sports water bottle) and top up halfway through. Beats the clear water hell every day. I love it so much I bought it for a friend. He became addicted. I like that the product doesn't have a bunch of junk and 0 calories. Haven't tried it yet, but I've heard it makes great popsicles if you freeze them with water! I mix mine with pure creatine. As a result, he drinks more water than ever before. My gift to him made him stop wasting energy drinks and increase his water intake.
