This is a terrible design as the actual area of the hook bolt moves away from the wall so the weight pressure of the items on the hooks will eventually tear the anchors out of the wall even if you are careful not to hang too much on the frame. My husband is an engineer and he has used the heaviest wall anchors ever and they always end up falling out of the wall and pulling the drywall out one last time.
