All is well, liked the product, didn't buy it for nothing.

Some pros:
Good percent. much better than the old A64x2 Brisbane, in some tasks Everest460 has a 1.5-2x advantage. Quite competitive with the E6300.
Some cons:
Didn't work on MB MSI 7250 NF570U with ated bios. Upgrading the old system will not work, but for the new one you need something more serious.
