Great shoes for cross training, agility etc. Excellent healing, plantar fascia support and fit. hug my leg Toe width is good. I wear a size 13 in most sneakers but this one allows me to comfortably fit a 12.5 inch shoe. I also wear a size 12.5 in the Mizuno Wave Creation running shoes. So the landing is similar.
