I like how easy it was to set up our new sales team with their own accounts/phones (and also have them use one number). The fact we could see who called whom from which account helped us monitor performance of each rep very easily! It's not as intuitive when you're used to using an app such as RingCentral where everything about calls / messages are tracked so well. Also having everyone log into this software made some reps uncomfortable because they were always logged out after being idle too long. We needed something simple but effective - especially since most people already had smartphones. This allowed me to keep my eyes open more often than if i would've been doing traditional calling methods.
