The ability to pull in data from multiple sources into one platform has been very useful! This allows us to make better decisions around our pipeline than if we had done it ourselves or with just an analyst's recommendation alone - especially when you need some sort of guidance beyond what traditional BI tools can provide (ie., looking at historical trends).

I would like more flexibility within how specific reports are presented; however this hasn't proven too complicated so far as there have not yet been any issues identified which require additional customization options outside those offered out-of box. We were able to quickly build custom dashboards using their reporting capabilities but also used them during initial planning stages before moving forward directly towards creating marketing materials such as presentations & webinars / videos etc..
