Twice I had technical questions before the purchase. The website says 24-7 and IT IS ABSOLUTELY true. I wrote a message and got a reply a few hours later. My second question was on a Friday evening and I received an answer within a few hours. I have never experienced such quick and polite replies. "The product itself is as described and I highly recommend it. I just installed it with the optional low swivel mount. thanks
