So I don't normally write product reviews but this company has great customer service! I bought one in March or so and when I received it the teeth and comb shape were deformed. I emailed the company and asked them to share photos of the original and they sent a new one as a courtesy. The new hairbrush is much higher quality! The comb itself is of excellent construction and has withstood my thick beard and hard falls off the ground. The teeth are solid and the teeth are rounded at the ends as per some recent reviews. It does affect peeling if you like sharper teeth, but since the face is more sensitive than the scalp, I find this a positive choice for physique. They are also very strong teeth and have not yet cracked or split. All in all a great product! And thanks again for the great customer service!
