Review on Mokpi Ceramic Glazed Baking Dish: Small, Rectangular, And Perfect For Casseroles And Lasagnas - Blue Color by Alicia Moore

Great for both cooking and serving

Some things to know:• The literature states that they are stackable. They’re not truly stackable, i.e., you can place them on top of one another, but they don’t fit into one another so they’re a bit wobbly. Not a big deal, but the term "Stackable” is a bit misleading. An attached photo shows them on top of one another.• The description does mention the interior size but also the size including handles. The exterior size (about 9.5”) is good to know for storage purposes and the interior size (between 6.75” and 7.5”) for serving. The sides slope so smaller at the bottom than the top. I have included a photo showing the relationship to an 8.5” salad plate and a 10.5” dinner plate.• While great for serving, note that the "grilling ridges” make it a bit difficult to cut on, so I use this for foods that don’t require knives (the pork in the attached photo was slow-braised and can be eaten with just a fork). The above items are there for your information, none of them diminish my enthusiasm for these wonderful pans.• They are perfect for great presentations; you can bake and serve in the same dish.• They retain heat, your food will stay warm while you’re eating (take food out of the oven a bit early, it’ll continue to cook a bit even when not being heated).• They are super easy to clean; melted cheese just wiped off, you’d think they were Teflon coated.• Great colors; you can mix them up for a fun dinner party.Highly recommended.Review of: Mokpi Small Ceramic Glaze Baking Dish Round Roasting Pan
