The original fan motor on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 only worked occasionally. It was easy to get to the glove box and unscrew the 3 screws and wire connectors. I've compared its appearance to the image on this item to make sure it's the same. When it arrived it was in sturdy packaging that held it securely in the box. Nice new look and the fan was spinning slightly when I clicked it. I mounted it with old screws. Started immediately, to the fullest. The output was consistent even when the AC modes were switched to HIGH. I don't hear any noise from it, even at the minimum air level. Again, I wasn't expecting anything as the fan moved so smoothly.
