Good product but not suitable for tightening wrenches

I was told by customer service they will work with the Petsafe wireless fence collar which they do but they do not fit the wrench provided to tighten them, and they don't fit i have a loctite with the original prongs. it works well and penetrates my dog's thicker coat better. delivery was good too
