The ability to see all of my calls at once, so that I can pick up where if left off in previous conversations or meetings with clients/customers is very helpful for me as an Account Executive! Also great because it allows you access from anywhere via computer which makes our job easier since we are not tied down by physical location while working remotely out here in AZ during COVID-19 restrictions (which have been extended). It's easy enough using this software but sometimes there may be some confusion when first getting started; however after watching several tutorials online about how to use their program they do make learning pretty simple.
