Review on TalentWall by Chris Peck

The ability for candidates to fill out their resume online is great! I love that it allows me to see where they are at career wise as well as what skills/experience they have so far. This also gives them an opportunity to apply without having to go through multiple applications just because we don't know how many people will actually be applying or interviewing (which can take time). Sometimes when you're looking up information about someone there isn't enough space available but if you click "more" then another page opens which has even less room than before - this makes finding info difficult sometimes. Also, sometimes I'm not able to find jobs posted by our organization right away unless i search using other keywords like 'career fair' etc., however, once those come back up it takes longer since there's already tons of resumes listed from different companies who weren't searching specifically for us. We've been trying to get some new positions filled recently though and haven't had.
