Seems to help best in my review

I've only had them a few days, but they seem to help. I'm going to order more to change out all my lights so I'm not going from a full spectrum room to a normally winter-lit room.

Pros

Eco-friendly option compared to traditional incandescent bulbs which contain harmful chemicals

Cons

The light may not properly simulate natural daylight or sunlight, causing visual or psychological inconsistencies
