In general, an excellent radio receiver, there is not enough air recording, RDS and a full-fledged alphabet display. It is a pity that the next model (PL-990) did not receive any of the above.
- - High-quality sound; - Extended FM range; - SSB; - Powered by 18650 cell;
- - No RDS, although the chip on which this radio is built fully supports its decoding. They just didn't do it. - Inconvenient location of the adjustment knobs. I came across a model with bad encoders. Over time, the encoders loosened up and now they scratch the radio housing during rotation. I had to order new encoders. - Poor display viewing angles.
