Unusable item. in ceiling and wall mounts for televisions
I would give zero stars if possible. TV cannot be connected to this system. I spoke to a customer service rep who then called the engineer and the owner and they all agreed that there was a manufacturing issue with the product. They said they had other complaints as well. My husband was told to send it back but was not given a return label. I called two days ago and asked for one via voicemail, no call back yet. The next step is to contact my credit card company to dispute the payment.
