This brace is very comfortable and does help with support and stability, but make no mistake, this brace has its limitations and will not allow you to participate in HIIT or other sports if you have significant structural damage to your knee, such as a partially torn MCL, ACL or meniscus. If you have minor to moderate knee pain, this brace will definitely help, but again, don't kid yourself and think it is a miracle cure. I really have nothing negative to say about the brace. I was able to do a very intense HIIT workout and it clearly helped reduce some of the pre-existing pain and limitations. It also will help reduce swelling which is an added benefit.
