These have a soft face which feels cold and seems like it repels condensationThey have a shiny face which resists sticking to other stuff in the freezerHave more than enough cooling capacity to last through an "icing" session like after doing physical therapy.I had been "living" with two of those strap on sort of soft outside and ribbed semi flexible ones and these Flexicold ones are much better. Not nearly as effective as my PT's, which are fatter, better at conforming and usually administered in a pillow case. These Flexicold ice packs are as close as I could come in a reasonable time! Go for it.
