The best part about visual matrix was how easy it made our life easier! We were able to easily manage every aspect from reservations through billing without having to go back and forth between different systems multiple times throughout each day. I wish there had been some way for us to be notified when new rooms opened up so we could have booked them right away instead of waiting until after hours which caused delays at check out time. Also would like to see better notifications before emails are sent asking you to confirm your reservation by emailing them again if they don't receive one within 24hrs - this happened often enough where sometimes i'd forget what room number/name my guest checked in under. This helped me track bookings and cancellations very quickly and efficiently allowing me to focus on other aspects of running the inn while minimizing manual data entry errors.
