You get what you pay for
I don't need a PH tester to be very accurate, just within about 0.5. I calibrated it with the packets and it consistently gave insane readings (e.g. 5.2, 6.8, 4.7) all from the same cup I wanted to test. I then calibrated it with the powder I had from my last one and it was still off. I was not satisfied with the PH tester. I didn't know it came with a PPM tester when I bought it. Works perfectly and will not be returned for this reason.
