First I want to say that it works. And it looks clean in the truck. There are two things that don't bother me, but if you're really crazy about how things work, you might not like this. That's why I gave 4 stars. First, the +/- buttons are very sensitive. You have to be careful, you can turn it on too quickly, or if you have fat fingers like mine it's going nowhere. Second, and this was almost a deal breaker for me, but due to the fact that this is a new truck of mine and not the one I've used before, I had to increase the gain to 6 to get the brakes working . Which every other vehicle/brake controller on this trailer is 2-2.5 max. But I don't necessarily blame the brake controller, I also blame this truck in half. Ford programming. In general I would say. Buy it again. On August 4th he stopped working. Jumped in the truck. The dashboard beeps and says the trailer brake is not responding. I removed the trailer brakes, ordered new ones and they work great. Buyer Warning
