I am very happy with this product. I served in the military and this product really has a rugged, military look compared to devices I've seen in service. Not that we have sump pump alarms, but you get the idea of comparing craftsmanship. Looks like a real American product. Installation wasn't too difficult, make sure to gently tighten the screws with a drill as the instructions mention that it's easy to remove the Phillips head threads. It is best to use the recommended screw size in the instructions and simply replace it with a torque screw head. However, this is typical for most electronics and mounts. Otherwise great product!
