I have purchased several flameless candles from various companies in search of the 'perfect' one that looks the most realistic. For me the candle has to be real wax and they are. I also like that this set doesn't have a plastic or rubber cap on the bottom. So if they don't quite match your candlestick, you can shave some wax off the underside for a good fit. It is also important to me that all candles in the set have an even brightness and can be dimmed and flickered by remote control. So does this set. The company that sells these candles has a lot of control and if you have any problems you can contact them. another plus. The only thing I would prefer, which is personal preference, is that the "flame" is slightly recessed into the top of the candle to make it look more realistic. I also found that I like the "dancing" flame more than the flickering flame because the dancing flame looks more realistic. Overall this is a great company with a great product. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is personal preference for what I prefer in flameless candles.
