Review on HindSight G3 by Jack Ford

I like that it was easy for me to use and set up as well as train my co workers. The interface is not user friendly at all. It's very hard to find things you need or want in there system. Sometimes when we were trying to do something it would take us longer than expected because we didn't know how to navigate through their programs. They also have an option where you can go live but it doesn't work very good. We had some issues with our phone lines going down so they helped out by sending someone over to help fix those problems.
