I previously ordered 2 pairs in 2019 for a trip to Iceland and wore them over thermals and when it got really windy and rainy, I used a pair of wind pants over them. I was always warm and dry. They were perfect because they were comfortable, warm, and fit great. My son "borrowed" them for a trip to Europe and I haven't seen them since. I ordered the same size but a different model and was happy that the 30 Waist x 30 Inseam fit me perfectly even though the size chart showed them to be 41" long? Not sure why their chart got screwed up? The waist has elastic and expands comfortably when used over thermals and the adjustable belt holds it in place perfectly. I recommend this as it serves it's purpose well and has great quality.
