Great cable with some clear design issues that cause hurt fingers

The PROs:Great build quality of cable. The cable itself has a slight stiffness to it but not enough where it cannot be bent for use between switches and patch panels. It slight rigidness actually protects over-extension of the cable when bending in various directions. All my cables so far tested great. There is a general well built feel for the cable itself, they are better then my in-wall installed cables for sure.I have actually bought 0.5 ft, 1 ft, 4 ft, and 7ft versions. The various sizes are

Pros
  • Good cables.
Cons
  • Only comes in black, limiting color options in your space

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

These Ethernet cables won’t stay in because sadly they lack the critical small notch on the tab which most cables have. As a result, the cables don’t stay in place and pull out VERY easily.I have to throw these away and find proper cables that stay in.

Pros
  • Nothing
Cons
  • May interfere with other electronic devices in your space

Turned Hard and Difficult to Remove Without Pliers

I liked these Gearit patch cables and bought a bunch of them in Jan and Feb 2022. They work great. However, now in November 2022, just 9 or 10 months later, the snagless clip covers have turned hard - too hard to even remove the cable easily from the switch, router, patch panel or whatever! I've had to use a small pliers to remove them and now, when I remove and reinsert them, I use a razor knife to remove the snagless clip covers. I have lots of other patch cables from various brands and…

Pros
  • Good quality.
Cons
  • May cause latency issues in some applications

My go-to patch cables for client work

These have become my go-to patch cables for all client work. Love the colors, LOVE the quality. Very well-made, durable jacketing, haven't had a single bad cable yet. Consistent and reliable, regardless of the length.

Pros
  • Basic necessasities that work just fine and do what they are supposed to do.
Cons
  • Cable may not reach all areas of your space

Great value! - my new review

I had these long cables connecting my modem to my router and my router to my switch -- these cleaned it up nicely, made the whole set up more compact and easy to manage.

Pros
  • as advertise. are blue and feel strongly made
Cons
  • The cable is too rigid and difficult to bend

Solid Cat6 Cables in my review

I order this brand and bulk qty for each of our new retail locations. I have used these many, many times and have had no issues.

Pros
  • Really good price and they arrived in two days.
Cons
  • Prone to ESD interference

Great Product especially for the price

Good quality Cat 6 cables for my server rack. I have purchased these before from GearIT and needed more 1ft cables in a different color. Fast shipping and nothing to complain about. They are also individually packaged so they can be stored and use as you need them.

Pros
  • Works good
Cons
  • Not recommended for scientific or engineering purposes that require precision

Just what I needed….

Cat6 LAN (Ethernet) wire….Needed a bunch of short wires….Moved my XFINITY gateway to center the house…Had bunch 6ft wires all rolled up, didn’t look good… only need short wires between the gateway and tv. And Ethernet Switch on my desk, where all my work stuff plugs into (work gave me long cords). Very well constructed, not worth the hassle for me to make them. So order them, two days later, I installed them. Perfect

Pros
  • I have used a major brand for several years. These looked almost identical and appear to be well made.
Cons
  • Not compatible with certain network configurations
