The problem with these fasteners is that they are made of flexible plastic rather than a hard material and therefore do not glow. Some of them broke when we tried to install them, they're just torn. I bought these to protect the 12v led strip from the elements. The strips are great, but not only are they awful to use, they don't fit well either. Like I said, it's silicone. These little bastards will eventually get the job done, but they are disappointing.
