Worth it for sure! in my review

Bought this 3 years ago. It was left outside from march till nov. It recently stopped working but for the abuse its been thru its worth 15 bucks.Guest would always comment on how cool it was. Note: you have to create a way for it to stay in the middle of birdbath since it will float all over and spill and you will lose all your water. i placed a few medium sized rocks on bottom of bath and placed it in the middle. worked great

Powerful little pump!

This pump is more powerful than I expected. I went back and forth between this and the more powerful version and this one is more than enough. I am using it in a standard birdbath about 12" across. It comes with 6 different fountain heads so you can decide what kind of fountain spray you like. The height of the fountain spray is kind of random. Sometimes very high, sometimes low. I don't know if this is a feature of the pump or just a function of the solar power being stronger/less strong…

Does what it is supposed to

Replaced last years solar fountain (different make/model) with this one. The only problem with the product is that is does not have battery storage. The fountain works great as long as the sun is shining directly on it. But as soon as a cloud passes over, it goes to nothing or maybe just an occasional spurt.

Don’t use the sprayers, it will empty your bird bath.

Our new house came with a small fountain, maybe 12x24 water surface area. I bought this so we didn’t have to keep it plugged in all the time, but the water wouldn’t be stagnate.The spray patterns are cute and work really well, but ended up emptying our fountain really quickly. The spray pattern was so high, that when the wind blew, it sprayed the water out of the bird bath/fountain.I had to refill twice a day and was running through the fountain cleaner crazy fast.
