Great for dealing with hot liquids.

This is a great jigger. I love the handle and that it has readable measurements. My first jigger did not and I sorta had to guess how much I was putting in. With this one the guessing games are over and I have a handle to avoid touching hot metal if I'm working with hot liquids.

Cheaply made and difficult to read

The top edges of this jigger are downright sharp (I'm reasonably sure I could also use this as a peeler to pull orange peels for cocktail garnishes) and it's hard to see all the way to the bottom of the jigger unless your lighting is perfect

  • Not super accurate, but close enough for most uses. Found rust on the inside after the first wash.

Ruined in Dishwasher

I love this device. It's perfect for measuring out drinks at home (jigger are messy and inaccurate). I'm giving this 4 stars because the copper finish completely wore off in the dishwasher. I'm guessing I wasn't supposed to put it in there, but it's lame that wasn't more durable. I'll probably order another one of these with no special coating, and I'd highly recommend this product to anybody trying to make at home cocktails.

Pour spout works! in my review

We bought this jigger specifically to make a drink where you slowly pour red wine over a spoon on to a lemon/simple sugar/mezcal base. And if done correctly, it creates a 2-layered effect - clear on the bottom, red on top. Our non-spout jiggers were not as controllable, and therefore the results were mixed - literally.Also, I found the inside-the-cup measuring lines very easy to read. (Some other reviewers didn't.)

Great jigger with a handle.

Great for using for cocktails and other drinks. The measurements are great for .5 oz increments to 2 oz. It's great when you have multiple spirits, and a few jiggers on the counter.

Sleek and Clean on my review.

I used to use a stepped jigger, which was a tiny bit easier to read, but rather harder to clean. The smooth sides on this one make it a cinch to wash out, and since it's not double-sided, it won't drip on your counter unless you deliberately set it down wrong side up. It also matches my cocktail shaker and julep cups, so bonus!
